The Crooked Forest by Kilian Schönberger

German-based photographer Kilian Schönberger captured a singular natural phenomenon in a forest of Poland, known under the name of the Crooked Forest. This pine grove is one of the most unusual forests in Central Europe. The so-called Crooked Forest is a grove of oddly-shaped pine trees located outside Gryfino, West Pomerania, Poland. Located in Nowe Czarnowo, this wood gathers more than 400 trees that are totally bent and sinking as if they were all sat on the ground, heading North.
